Job description

We are looking to hire young and dynamic sales professionals with hard core sales experience having excellent communication and negotiation skills to sell our K12App school management system and mobile app to schools in Bihar and Jharkhand.


  • Visiting schools to explore new business opportunities.
  • Setting up meetings with school principal and directors.
  • Demonstrating company products and services to schools.
  • Negotiating proposals and closing sales to generate revenue.
  • Must achieve monthly and annual sales target.
  • Building long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Coordinating for office events as the need be.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree of business, finance or marketing.
  • 2-3 years experience in software sales and marketing.
  • Exposure to SaaS applications in education domain will be an advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Must be proficient in cold calling and well versed with Internet & Google Search.
  • Results-oriented, self-starter who can strategically plan for success.
  • Must have strong sales track record and a proven ability to hit targets.
  • Excellent people skills and an ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Must have own bike, smart phone and laptop.
  • Must be willing to travel anywhere, anytime.
