Job description

We are looking for customer support executives to interact with clients through email, telephone and in-person meetings to resolve customer concerns and software implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • A professional approach in answering calls and provide information about products and services.
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.
  • Responsible for software setup, implementation and training.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls,
  • Generate sales leads.
  • Assist sales team as and when required.
  • Coordinating for office events as the need be.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Any Graduate who is well versed with Internet and Google Search.
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint is a must.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop will be an added advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven customer support experience.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Must be willing to travel as and when required.
