We are looking for customer support executives to interact with clients through email, telephone and in-person meetings to resolve customer concerns and software implementation.
- A professional approach in answering calls and provide information about products and services.
- Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.
- Responsible for software setup, implementation and training.
- Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls,
- Generate sales leads.
- Assist sales team as and when required.
- Coordinating for office events as the need be.
- Any Graduate who is well versed with Internet and Google Search.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint is a must.
- Knowledge of Photoshop will be an added advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven customer support experience.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Must be willing to travel as and when required.
